Supervised Child Policy

At Alchemy Studios and Salon, we welcome families and value all of our clients—big and small! For the safety and comfort of everyone in the salon, we kindly ask all clients to adhere to the following Supervised Child Policy:

1. Children Must Be Supervised at All Times

Children must be always accompanied by a responsible adult (age 18 or older) while in the salon. Staff members cannot supervise children as they focus on delivering services.

2. No Unattended Children in the Salon

For safety reasons, children are not permitted to wait alone in the salon or in the reception area. Please plan accordingly if you are receiving a service.

3. Respect for the Salon Environment

We kindly ask that children remain calm, seated, and respectful of the salon environment. Running, shouting, or playing with salon equipment is not allowed due to safety concerns (e.g., sharp tools, hot appliances, chemicals).

4. Children Receiving Services

If a child is scheduled for a service, a parent or guardian must remain present during the appointment. Please inform the stylist in advance if your child has any special needs or sensitivities.

5. Right to Refuse Service

For safety or behavioral reasons, Alchemy Studios and Salon reserves the right to refuse or reschedule service if a child is unsupervised or disruptive.
